Spooky's Dollhouse (The Doll House in OG) is the final story mode taking place immediately after the Karamari Hospital. The expansion is released in October 2020. It is also the final update for the OG version of the game as the second DLC.
As the name suggests, The Doll House sees the player explore a dollhouse-themed section placed at the deepest part of the mansion. The air of this region prevents the player from regenerating health. However, they find a mysterious Doll which can be used to manually heal themself.
GL Labs plays a more prominent role in this arc, as the story mode is divided into a dollhouse-themed area (Doll House First Floor and Great Hall) and an industrial area (GL Labs Area). This story reveals the true nature of Spooky and the mansion; completing all the objects will result in the Good Ending where Spooky uniteed with her parents, her original objective of constructing the ghost army abandoned, and the Specimens disappearing.
History[]
The Doll House was first showed off in the Albino Moose Games Discord server through image leaks (in OG), and later was announced in the HD Summer 2019 Update post. [1]
The Doll House is first made on the OG, with the HD version made to follow the OG as closely as possible. [2]
On August 15th, 2020, a teaser trailer for The Doll House in OG premiered on Akuma Kira's YouTube channel. [3] The trailer showed gameplay of the DLC, and revealed the release date was October 1st, 2020. It was later delayed to October 2nd, 2020 due to illness.
This expansion was also notable for also being available in OG, as otherwise all development has been focused on HD since 2017. The DLC was released at a price of $3.99 for the OG and is included for free for the HD. Almost a year after, The Doll House DLC was released on PlayStation 4 on November 22nd, 2021.

Trivia[]
- This is the only DLC to contain specimen from other parts of the game.
- The version of Dollhouse for the OG was accidentally released several hours before the release of HD's version. They were intended to release at the same time.[4]
- There are a few things shown in the image leaks that never made it into Doll House's release. Firstly, the pedestal's model where the player can take or place the Doll on is entirely wooden, missing the white pressure plate at the top and also missing its legs. Secondly, there's a laboratory setting closely resembling the entrance to the GL Labs Area that is never seen in-game.
