Spooky's Dollhouse is the second DLC for Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion, the other being Karamari Hospital.
It was first showed off in the Albino Moose Games Discord server through image leaks, and later was announced in the HD Summer 2019 Update post.
The DLC will take place after Karamari Hospital where you leave the hospital to explore the rest of the mansion. It is coming for both HD and OG, and the two versions will release on the same day although the DLC will be paid for the OG. Some of the enemies may be added to Endless Mode.
On August 5th, 2020, a teaser trailer for Spooky's Dollhouse premiered on Akuma Kira's youtube channel. The trailer showed gameplay of the DLC, and revealed the release date was October 1st, 2020.
